To start a claim, head over to our e-Claims portal (Available 24/7) and follow the prompts.

Once we’ve received the claim and your documents, our team will assess the claim. We may request additional documentation to support the claim, and will let you know if that is the case.
A decision will be made within 10 business days of submission of all the required documentation. If approved, the payment will be transferred directly to your nominated bank account.
