How to Submit a claim in 4 steps.

1. Fill Out a Claim Form

Fill Out a Claim Form  

To start a claim, you can complete a claim form either:

  • Online through our e-Claims portal(Available 24/7). 
  • Download and print a claim form.

2. Provide Supporting Documents

You may need to support your claim with documentation and provide it to us. Examples of documents that can help your claim include:  

  • Police or medical reports.
  • Hospital invoices or receipts.
  • Proof of Australian residency (e.g., unrestricted entry visa or Australian Medicare card).
  • Travel itineraries, documents, or e-tickets.
  • Details of any supplier cancellation fees or amendment terms (e.g. airline, tour company, hotel or cruise).

3. We Will Evaluate Your Claim

Once we’ve received the claim and your documents, our team will assess the claim. We may request additional documentation to support the claim, and will let you know if that is the case.

4. Claim Decision

A decision will be made within 10 business days of submission of all the required documentation. If approved, the payment will be transferred directly to your nominated bank account. If we can’t approve the claim, a member of our team will provide a clear explanation.
